Lead PAG Direct's high-volume Hyundai dealership as an experienced General Manager in the GTA. Focus on financial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. PAG Direct is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure outstanding service across recent and used vehicles, F&I;, and aftersales.

This role requires a candidate with a strong background in high-volume dealerships, financial discipline, and team leadership. Take charge of P&L; accountability, strategy development, and customer retention initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Assume overall responsibility for dealership P&L; and budget
Recruit, develop, and mentor the management team
Drive performance in new and used vehicle sales




Manage service and parts for operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with Hyundai standards and warranty administration Requirements:
Minimum five years as a General Manager in automotive
Experience in high-volume import-brand dealerships
Solid financial acumen across dealership operations
Proven record in leading large, diverse teams
