Vancouver College seeks a full-time Accountant to support its financial operations and reporting. Your expertise in accounting and organizational skills will be key to our mission. This is a full time position responsible for accounts receivable, monthly accounting, and financial reporting support.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Controller to uphold our financial integrity and assist with fundraising activities. The successful candidate will have robust experience and the ability to maintain high standards in financial practices. Key Responsibilities:
Administer accounts receivable processes efficiently
Manage monthly accounting and reconciliations
Support with charitable donation receipting
Prepare timely financial reports for the school
Ensure robust internal controls are maintained Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
Experience with Sage 300 or similar software
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Excellent communication and organizational skills Bring financial acumen, precision, and solid ethics to contribute to Vancouver College.
