Become an integral part of Edmonton O-day’min Primary Care Network's team as a full time Administrative Assistant. You'll support management and streamline office workflows, enhancing organizational efficiency. This position, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, involves clerical and administrative tasks crucial for optimal workflow.
You will assist colleagues in planning, managing communications, and addressing administrative queries. A key component of your role will be collaborating closely with both the Program Management and executive leadership teams. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Program Management team with administrative tasks
Manage agendas and calendars for assigned managers
Organize meetings and prepare corresponding documentation
Answer phone calls and redirect inquiries effectively
Assist with event planning and related logistics Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Diploma in Administrative Skilled or related field
Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
