Lead month-end close process for assigned operating companies
Supervise offshore and onsite finance teams for quality assurance
Collaborate on budgets, forecasts,

Manage integrations of newly acquired companies
Maintain audit readiness with accurate documentation Requirements:
CPA or equivalent; 5+ years in Financial Management
Proven expertise in portfolio company management
Working towards accounting designation preferred
Solid knowledge of accounting principles
