Your role will encompass the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care across various shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
Assess individual client care needs and develop care plans
Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and client outcomes




Provide comprehensive care in the Medical Nursing Unit
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or acceptable diploma
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Registration with CRNS required
