Job Summary The Graphics Assistant is part of the shipping brands team and supports the graphic design team in its day-to-day operations. He or she contributes to updating visuals, creating shipping brand materials, and managing relationships with suppliers.

Key Accountabilities
Contribute to the administrative tasks of the department;
Support the graphic design team in creating and updating visuals;
Assist with the creation of shipping brand packaging by applying templates to boxes;
Review prepress proofs and box mock-ups;
Design labels and add UPC codes to existing labels;
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain the necessary information and provide them with the final artwork;
Provide support in creating and modifying shipping brand materials for products.





Job Requirements
Experience in creating shipping brand materials (an asset);
Experience in the product or retail industry (a robust asset);
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;
Proficiency in Macintosh operating systems and Adobe Illustrator (essential);
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.
