Your role emphasizes frontline support, coaching, and mentorship while conducting risk assessments and incident investigations. Your contributions aim to foster a solid safety culture and engagement among employees. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance health, safety, and environmental programs
Conduct workplace inspections and risk analyses
Support incident investigations and corrective actions
Manage CNESST and WCB claims processes
Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings Requirements:
Over seven years in Health and Safety in manufacturing
Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
CRSP designation or in pursuit is advantageous
Exceptional communication skills in French and English
