From assisting with event logistics to providing exceptional customer service, you’ll play a vital part in bringing the festival to life. Responsibilities
Greet festival attendees warmly and provide explicit information about event activities and schedules
Assist with guest services, including guiding visitors, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
Support food service operations by helping with food stalls, handling cash transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness
Ensure safety protocols are followed by monitoring crowd flow and reporting any concerns to supervisors
Help coordinate activities such as ticketing, entry/exit points, and event setup or teardown when needed




Engage in public speaking prospects to promote festival programs and encourage participation in activities
Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Experience
Prior experience working with children is highly desirable, especially in lively or educational settings
Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
Proven customer service background with the ability to handle guest needs efficiently and courteously
Experience in guest services roles at events or festivals is preferred
Cash handling experience for ticket sales or concessions operations
Food service experience is a plus, particularly in quick-paced environments
Background in hospitality or related fields that emphasize teamwork, adaptability, and positive engagement
