Palliser, we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Sales Manager with at least three years of hotel sales and event planning experience. You will creatively engage with guests while driving sales for the Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar. This role requires excellent customer service skills and an understanding of food and beverage trends to create unforgettable experiences Key Responsibilities:
Drive current business for all venue spaces at Fairmont Palliser
Collaborate with Director of Sales to execute campaigns
Gather and confirm event details from clients
Plan and curate custom menus with Executive Chef
Ensure compliance with food and liquor safety regulations Requirements:
Minimum three years in hotel sales and event planning
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social Tables
Robust customer and interpersonal skills
Post-secondary hospitality degree/diploma
Detail-oriented with proven event execution ability Lead the food and beverage sales team, creating memorable guest experiences at Fairmont Palliser.
