Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the Richmond Depot, supervising a dedicated team and ensuring effective service delivery. Key tasks include workforce planning, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high customer service standards. Your demonstrated leadership will be critical in driving employee engagement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Lead operations and supervise Road Supervisors and Drivers
Manage driver schedules and shift coverages
Conduct employee coaching and investigations
Complete operational and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with safety documentation requirements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
At least 5 years in transportation and logistics
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in transit
