Lead youth development initiatives within the Gitxsan community as a Youth Coordinator. This role includes curriculum preparation, volunteer management, and community outreach activities. As a Youth Coordinator, you will oversee key programs, incorporating Christian practices and providing spiritual support for youth and their families.

Your responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers as well as tracking youth activity statistics for SAMIS reporting. This position emphasizes robust leadership while promoting cultural exploration and discussion. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate youth discipleship curriculum
Plan and conduct outreach activities in the community
Support youth and parents through prayers and guidance
Recruit and train volunteer leaders for programs
Track and report statistics on youth activities Requirements:
Completed a two-year post-secondary program
Experience in youth leadership, including Biblical studies
Minimum one year working with children and youth
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
