Join W’SANEC Health as a Family Practitioner focusing on Indigenous wellness in Central Saanich, BC. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide culturally secure healthcare. This position partners with four W’SANEC Health Directors, advocating for their communities. As part of an on-reserve team, you will work alongside Nurse Practitioners, Indigenous Wellness Supports, and Mental Health Counsellors within the Saanich Peninsula Primary Care Network.

Your role will encompass creative healthcare delivery in various communities. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive opioid agonist treatment for patients
Collaborate with community services and health providers
Engage with Indigenous patients and families directly




Implement culturally protected health practices and trauma-informed care
Participate in after-hours patient follow-ups and assessments

Requirements:
Experience working with First Nations communities
