Duties
Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic services tailored to individual client needs
Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer questions, and promote our service offerings
Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet client goals
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations and safety standards




Deliver exceptional customer service by doing in depth consultations by actively listening to client concerns and providing expert advice on skincare routines

Skills
Proven experience in esthetician services and facial treatments including threading eyebrows
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and explain treatment options clearly
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and client check-ins
Knowledge of current skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide cutting-edge solutions
Detail-oriented with excellent hygiene practices to ensure client safety and satisfaction
