Duties
Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and extractions tailored to individual client needs
Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, waxing, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare to ensure optimal results
Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client records efficiently
Drive retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain a clean,



sanitized treatment area following health and safety protocols at all times
Build solid relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews

Skills
Proven experience in performing eyelash extensions and other advanced esthetic treatments
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Effective communication skills to explain treatments clearly and answer client questions thoroughly
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes
Knowledge of current skincare trends, techniques, and products to provide expert advice
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
