Join Vaco/Highspring as an Accounts Payable Accountant in the Greater Toronto Area. Leverage your accounting expertise to manage vendor invoices and account reconciliations smoothly. This role requires an individual with over three years of experience in retail or merchandising accounting.

As the AP Accountant, you will be responsible for account reconciliations, reviewing journal entries, and assisting with month-end closing activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an asset. Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile various accounts daily, weekly, and monthly
Review and adjust journal entries as necessary
Process and reconcile merchandising purchase orders
Perform 3-way matching of PO, goods receipt, and vendor invoice
Maintain accurate inventory accounting and COGS postings Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience in retail
Knowledge of inventory accounting and Merchandising POs
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
Must reside in Greater Toronto Area and have work permission Utilize your accounting skills to enhance financial accuracy as an AP Accountant with Vaco/Highspring.
