Position Summary

The FP&A; Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. This role requires solid leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management to achieve financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze key business drivers and provide insights to senior management.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.




Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
