Take a vital role as a Geotechnician at NexGen's Rook I Site, focusing on data collection and geotechnical sample analysis. This position emphasizes teamwork and safety during the two-week in/out rotation schedule. Reporting to the Geotechnical Supervisor, you will collaborate with the field team while conducting essential geotechnical work.

Your responsibilities will include coordination of drill core storage, participating in sampling processes, and assisting field technicians. This is a contract role, extending to the end of the 2026 Exploration Drill Season. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate drill core storage and maintenance
Execute geotechnical processes and sampling tasks
Collect and report geotechnical data accurately
Assist field technicians with daily operations
Collaborate with Exploration Services team as needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Prior experience in mineral exploration is preferred Utilize your skills in data collection and sampling while ensuring safety standards at NexGen's Rook I site.
