Lead case management for employee accommodations
Work with HR and union representatives on disability cases
Make recommendations based on collected information




Support interventions and give specialized advice
Track and monitor accommodations processes for quality improvement Requirements:
Post-secondary education in disability management or related field
Significant experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder cases
Familiarity with disability management and workplace accommodations
Certification as CDMP or CRTWC is an asset
