This role provides critical support to students, collaborating with the Principal, classroom teachers, and Special Education Resource Teacher (SERT). As an Educational Assistant, you will assist students in their academic and personal development, ensuring their unique needs are met and fostering positive behaviour and safety. This position offers 17.5 hours per week from September 3, 2026, until June 30, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide educational support adhering to legislation and regulations
Foster strategies for a caring school climate




Assist in the inclusion of students in all activities
Support development of individual education plans (IEPs)
Promote independence through tailored learning materials Requirements:
Two-year college diploma in Educational Support
Experience in educational or childcare settings
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
Robust communication skills and patience
