I am currently recruiting for a manufacturing company specializing in technical solutions and automated systems. We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician with a solid interest in automation, instrumentation and control systems to support project development and provide technical expertise to customers.

Mission Reporting to the Project Development Director, you will play a key role in the assembly, installation, commissioning and maintenance of automated systems.

Key responsibilities include: Assemble and wire control panels including variable frequency drives (VFDs), motor starters, protection devices and power components
Read, interpret and update electrical drawings and schematics
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues
Install, calibrate and maintain industrial instrumentation and motor control equipment
Participate in equipment commissioning and provide user training
Perform preventive maintenance and service work on company equipment
Occasionally travel to customer sites for technical support and after-sales service




Respond to customer technical inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and motor control systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components
C License considered an asset
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
Adaptable and comfortable working in a energetic environment
Valid driver's license
Available for occasional travel throughout Quebec and, on rare occasions, elsewhere in Canada
Functional bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
