Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance
Lead audits and collaborate with external auditors

Analyze financial performance metrics for insights Requirements:
Controller or Director of Finance experience at TSXV/TSX
Background in public company audits, preferably Big 4
Robust capabilities in financial reporting and compliance
Experience with M&A; due diligence is a plus
