Advocate for members’ rights in labour relations
Mentor and facilitate workshops for stewards
Lead initiatives in collective bargaining efforts
Participate actively in arbitration and grievance hearings
Develop strategic training programs for team enhancement Requirements:
Three years of relevant Labour Relations or HR experience
Degree in a related field focused on employment law
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
