WSP is seeking a Director, Construction Administration – Bridges, Highways & Roads Ontario to lead the Ontario Construction Administration division. You will manage ~60 technical staff and oversee revenue of CAD 12 million, guiding project delivery and client service across the province.
You will shape strategy with the VP, influence budgets, performance, safety, and staff development while partnering with offices to optimize margins and cash generation.
