Your mission includes architecting data layers, building high-throughput pipelines, and transforming enterprise data into trusted context for AI systems. You will leverage your expertise in relational, columnar, and vector data stores to implement robust DataOps practices supporting Visier’s leadership in people analytics. Key Responsibilities:
Define data architecture standards across multiple data stores
Build scalable data ingestion pipelines and warehouse schemas




Create embedding pipelines for RAG-based knowledge retrieval
Clean and deduplicate data across source systems
Embed automated testing and continuous integration in workflows

Requirements:
5+ years in data engineering with ownership of architecture decisions
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and up-to-date ETL frameworks
Familiarity with vector databases and embedding pipelines
Proficient in Python and CI/CD practices
Understanding of AI security and integration frameworks
