Key Responsibilities:
• Direct behavior support personnel and initiatives
• Supervise and enhance SEL program execution
• Monitor compliance with mental health regulations

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, or similar
• 5+ years working with students with behavioral challenges
• 2+ years supervising related staff
• Comprehensive knowledge of crisis intervention
• Strong interpersonal and facilitative skills
