Job TitleJob Title to be addedResponsibilityManage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft Ads, and key marketplace channels.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high‑value opportunities and inform bidding strategies.Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Partner cross‑functionally to align paid media strategy with broader ecommerce and business objectives, ensuring spend efficiency and revenue impact.Assist with analysis of advertising performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.Analyze ad performance at the keyword, campaign, and product (ASIN) level to identify effective versus wasteful spend and optimize accordingly.Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPC, CVR, ROAS, and impression share (familiarity with ACOS/TACoS is a plus).Flag risks related to listing issues and conversion drops that may impact campaign performance and elevate findings to relevant teams for action.Interpret and act on performance data across paid campaigns, leveraging automated reporting tools and dashboards.Validate data accuracy, flag discrepancies, and translate insights into clear recommendations for marketing and marketplace teams.Work closely with the marketing, marketplace, and analytics teams as a collaborative partner.Participate in strategy and optimization discussions, bringing data to support decisions.Proactively ask questions, share findings, and contribute ideas for improving team processes.Required QualificationsExperience or strong interest in paid digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.Solid understanding of PPC/paid advertising fundamentals (keyword strategy, bidding,
