Greet and support walk-in customers with uniform selections
Manage inquiries through phone and email, placing accurate orders




Provide product recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction
Document inquiries and resolutions for effective tracking
Assist with order correction and initiate replacement parts Requirements:
2–5 years of customer service or supply chain experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of supply chain processes
Solid communication skills, English required
