The Family Resource
Worker (FRW) is vital in the daily operations at the EarlyON Child & Family Centre. This position requires collaboration with children, families, and community partners, helping to create a protected and inclusive workplace. The FRW will utilize their solid background in early childhood education or social services to develop and evaluate programs tailored to community needs. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging family-centered early learning programs
Build and maintain supportive relationships with families and community partners
Ensure safe and inclusive program environments for all participants
Respond to community requests for services and support
Stay updated on community resources and development initiatives Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience with families in vulnerable situations
Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Ontario class “G” driver’s license Bring your expertise in child development and passion for community support to enhance family resources with OCOF/Nena.
