In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of retrofit completion and cert renewals in testing environments. Your collaboration with project managers and QA leads will ensure high-quality outcomes for Self Serve bundles. Excellence in communication and issue resolution is key. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily retrofits and certificate health checks
Support workplace management to clear blockers
Update project teams on retrofit progress
Manage the certificate renewal process
Resolve environment-related challenges effectively Requirements:
5+ years of QA and testing experience
Solid grasp of test environments and configurations
Familiar with SDLC and Agile best practices
Knowledge of CMMI and ISO frameworks
