Assess patient care and learning needs
Develop and coordinate patient care plans
Provide health education to patients and families
Maintain collaborative inter-qualified relationships
Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement Requirements:
Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum of 2 years medical-surgical experience
Current BLS certification required
Completion of required certifications within specified time
