An ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving and can manage multiple priorities while supporting project teams. While construction experience is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in this full time position. Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings and specifications for estimates
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Prepare project budgets and pricing quotations
Communicate with internal teams and vendors for information
Identify risks and value-engineering opportunities Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
Robust written and verbal English skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
