BGRE is looking for a Director to influence our Downtown Calgary Office Portfolio spanning over 7 million square feet.
In this key role, you will drive leasing, property operations, financial strategies, and sustainability initiatives to enhance performance. The successful candidate will embody a commitment to excellence and inspire operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Maximize leasing revenue and velocity for office and retail
Oversee capital expenditures and project execution
Execute strategic initiatives for acquisitions and dispositions
Manage fiduciary responsibilities including cash flow analysis
Prepare quarterly IFRS property valuations and presentations Requirements:
8+ years in commercial office real estate
Proficiency in Argus Enterprise, Yardi, and advanced Excel
Robust leadership and relationship management skills
Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
University degree in Business or related field preferred Lead the asset management team and drive results with BGRE's Calgary portfolio.
