Manage the Eskay Creek distribution site for Dyno Nobel, focusing on safety and operational excellence in the explosives domain. This 2 weeks on/2 weeks off role emphasizes customer relationships and compliance. In this Site Supervisor position, you will lead the team to execute Dyno Nobel’s non-negotiable Zero Harm safety program while managing site assets and inventories.

You’ll also work closely with customers to enhance service and continually improve profitability. Paperwork and documentation compliance will be key parts of your responsibilities as you guide your team through daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations and safety training initiatives
Foster positive working relationships with customers
Ensure proper documentation and safety reporting
Drive vehicles for product delivery on various terrains
Conduct minor repairs and equipment maintenance Requirements:
Minimum of high school education or equivalent
At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity
