Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team in Streetsville. This role is vital in delivering exceptional patient service and supporting our mission to enhance smiles and improve lives.

Responsibilities
Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using Tracker.
Handle multi-line phone systems to assist patients and coordinate with team members.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records.




Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with billing, insurance claims, and patient inquiries.
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a dental receptionist.
Proficiency with Tracker or other dentally related software.
Strong knowledge of dental codes, procedures &l; terminology.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Friendly demeanor with a skilled attitude.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace.
Can multi-task and eager to learn
