Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused leader who can build a positive team culture, improve office efficiency, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience while supporting the growth of the practice.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
Ensure exceptional patient service and handle patient concerns professionally.
Coordinate appointments to maximize office efficiency.
Verify insurance advantages, oversee claims, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain compliance with privacy regulations and health & safety standards.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team
Support dentists in achieving practice production and collection goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a dental office manager or senior dental administrator.
Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and billing procedures.
Experience with Dentrix software
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a dental practice.
Experience with HR functions, hiring, and staff coaching.
Familiarity with Ontario dental insurance and the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), if applicable.
Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
