As a District Rental Technician, you will report to the Regional Rental Manager and actively contribute to optimizing rental operations.

Coaching technicians on productive repairs, conducting equipment diagnostics, and ensuring tool availability will be key aspects of your role.

Your responsibilities will also include fostering operational excellence and encouraging a robust rental culture throughout the districts. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor store technicians on repairs and tool management
Diagnose and repair fleet equipment effectively




Collaborate with the leadership team for operational improvements
Prepare weekly performance summaries for district managers
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Requirements:
2 years relevant work experience; 1 year in a leadership role
Small Engine Mechanic Certificate preferred
Bilingual in English and French
Proficient in Microsoft Office and handheld technology
