Your responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment through ongoing training and maintaining strong ties with each Route Sales Representative (RSR). You will ensure compliance with company policies and enhance customer experiences through regular audits and visits. Key Responsibilities:
Develop a highly productive district team with regular training
Drive customer loyalty through proactive visits and problem solving




Monitor adherence to safety and Service SOP in the district
Manage retention by engaging new customer solicitations
Oversee promotions and maintain strong customer relationships Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Robust customer service and route sales experience
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
