Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, including diet modifications and patient education, to enhance patient care. You will conduct nutrition screenings and perform nutrient analysis to support patient health. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in dietary needs
Conduct nutrition screenings and assessments
Develop diet modifications for individual patients
Educate patients on nutrition and diets
Utilize computer databases for patient records Requirements:
Completion of a Dietetic Technician program or equivalent
Two years of experience in nutrition and patient care
Competence in an Indigenous language is preferred
Knowledge of CBORD Diet Office software is preferred
