Sopra Steria is seeking a Cybersecurity IT Systems Engineer in Ottawa to support a government Cyber Range platform deployment. Engage in training and ongoing technical support. In this role, you'll be an essential part of the Cyber Range team's efforts over an initial four-week training period followed by three years of L1 support.

You will be deeply involved in the Cyber Range platform's installation and maintenance while also becoming the first technical contact for clients. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in training sessions for Cyber Range setup
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
Handle basic configurations and incidents as they arise
Work closely with remote technical teams for escalations
Carry out essential health assessments on systems Requirements:
Active Level III Top Secret clearance from the Government of Canada
Over 5 years of systems engineering experience
Proficiency in Linux administration and networking fundamentals
Experience with virtualization tools and technology
Must be fluent in English; French is advantageous Support Sopra Steria’s Cyber Range initiatives by leveraging your expertise in IT and cybersecurity.
