You will be the primary steward of data integrity, own data systems, and enhance decision-making through analytics. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that technology effectively supports program delivery and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as data steward, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Maintain core data systems' structures and workflows
Design and generate actionable reports and dashboards




Provide technology onboarding and training across teams
Troubleshoot technical issues during program events Requirements:
Minimum five years experience in data management
Proficiency in AirTable, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
Solid analytical and communication skills
Experience in change management for technology adoption
