Cence Power in Markham, ON is seeking an Engineering Manager for Lighting & Telecom Electronics to align hardware, software and firmware teams and drive the product roadmap from concept to manufacturing. This in office role leads a multidisciplinary engineering organization across Class 2 and Class 4 power products, ensuring quality, compliance and scalability.

You will mentor team leads, manage PLM and certification processes (UL, SR&ED;/IP), and report to executives.
