Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure a spotless and secure kitchen setting
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients for menu items
Support the kitchen team in food handling and safety procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations
Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to promote a clean and welcoming atmospher
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors,



and storage areas through regular cleaning routines
Follow all food safety protocols and proper sanitation standards at all times

Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Experience in food preparation, bussing, or catering environments is a plus
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cleaning procedures, and food handling standards is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience with banquet or hotel food service is beneficial but not mandatory
