As Engineering

Lead, you will report to the Area Manager - Mine, leveraging your experience to oversee the ventilation scope and ensure the successful implementation of Ventilation on Demand systems. You will also manage procurement processes and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Approve detailed engineering deliverables from EPCM firms
Manage procurement packages for ventilation systems
Develop VOD control philosophy and specifications
Coordinate commissioning activities for ventilation systems
Mentor junior engineers and prepare operational documentation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mining, or civil engineering
5 to 10 years of experience in ventilation engineering
Robust knowledge of VOD systems and standards
Experience with Ventsim or similar modeling tools
