Join Eleven Revelstoke Lodge as the Heli-Ski Program Manager and lead an exceptional ski operation. This role combines your leadership, strategic planning, and ski expertise. In this full time position, the Heli-Ski Program Manager will drive operational success for Eleven's heli-ski programs.

With over ten years in the ski industry and five years of leadership experience, you will manage logistics, staff, and guest relations, ensuring best-in-class experiences. Must reside in Revelstoke for eight months each year, while work from home is an option during off-peak times. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the recruitment and scheduling of ski guides
Oversee aviation logistics and scheduling
Maintain compliance with safety and inspection protocols
Foster collaboration across lodge and operational teams
Manage local and provincial regulatory relationships Requirements:
Background in ski operations for 10 years
CAA Avalanche Operations Level 1 or equivalent
Recent first aid certification
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
