Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently throughout each shift
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work surfaces, sinks, and equipment
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen environment to uphold health regulations
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely service during busy hours
Restock supplies such as dish soap, towels,



and cleaning agents to keep the dishwashing station fully equipped

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus
Previous experience in food service or hotel operations can be beneficial but is not mandatory
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
