Candidates will be enrolled in the Michener Institute’s Critical Care course, receiving support for tuition, clinical placements, and salary during training. Successful completion leads to a full-time Critical Care position with a 24-month commitment required post-training. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care in critical environments




Participate actively within the Resource Pool Nursing Team
Maintain accurate nursing records and adhere to hospital policies
Perform duties effectively within acute care settings
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes Requirements:
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Current BLS certification
