Become a leader in credit management with our Canadian EIC Team as a Credit Analyst Manager. This hybrid role focuses on overseeing buyer portfolios and mentoring analysts effectively. As a Credit Analyst Manager, you will drive the management of trade credit insurance, ensuring sound credit assessments and exposure recommendations for Canadian companies.

With two direct reports, your proactive leadership will facilitate monthly monitoring reviews, buyer communications, and career development for team members. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rigorous credit analyses and risk assessments
Engage with executives for financial insights and risk validation
Oversee large credit exposures and identify risk trends
Approve complex analyses and present to risk committees
Mentor analysts and manage performance against KPIs Requirements:
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
5+ years of experience in credit insurance or financial services
Proven leadership of high-performance teams
Solid communication and IT navigation skills
Knowledge of credit risk fundamentals Lead credit analysis, team development, and strategic initiatives as a pivotal member of our Canadian EIC Team.
