Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food delivery and customer satisfaction
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times

Skills
Experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably within the restaurant or food industry
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and transactions
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
