You will provide cognitive, emotional, and social support as guided by individual care plans. A team-oriented approach with the health team is required, ensuring that residents have a comfortable and secure living experience. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized care according to individual care plans
Support residents in daily living activities
Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
Collaborate with care team to improve resident care
Ensure cleanliness and organization of residents' living spaces Requirements:
Grade 12 education and certification from a recognized program
CPR and Emergency First Aid certification required
Experience working with seniors preferred
Solid communication skills in English
