Health, you will lead daily clinical service delivery and manage operational challenges in the Health Sciences Centre's Social Work Core unit. With over three years of experience in social work, including mentorship and clinical evaluations, you'll drive the development and refinement of social work services. This leadership role focuses on quality and optimal service planning to enhance client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical service delivery for optimal client care
Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to social workers




Contribute to program planning and development initiatives
Assist with recruiting and coordinate service schedules
Maintain a partial clinical caseload in social work assessments Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of social work experience in health settings
Preferred supervisory experience
MSW from CASWE accredited program
Registered with the Manitoba College of Social Workers
Competency in Indigenous language is preferred Lead social work initiatives and ensure quality service delivery while mentoring the next generation of social workers at Shared Health in Winnipeg.
